Raymond is rather outstanding at his craft! He came to us right when I called, was on time, thorough, friendly, and very knowledgeable! I initially called him because one of our guys that works with us locked his keys in his truck......well, when Raymond arrived my husband asked if he could also make us keys for our entry doors since they got lost...he happily obliged!!! Then, before he left he showed us how to use the key in our Schlage lock since it's different than most other locks.
